AC STAG has two new generations of controller: STAG 4 plus and STAG 300 premium.

The technology found in both the STAG4plus & STAG-300 Premium assures the very precise fuel dosage and optimal fuel mixture injected into the cylinders. The contents of the mixture is configured not only based on the petrol injection timing as it is in other controllers, but it is precisely adapted to current petrol ECU corrections while driving on gas (not only during the calibration).

STAG-300 Premium was created with user friendly technology, which makes it very simple to install and use. After the first calibration during the installation, they self-adapt in real time during the vehicle usage. This hopes to guarranty nearly the same efficiency and prerformance on LPG as on Petrol. Small in size but packed with sophistication; STAG-4 Plus has evolved from the tried, tested and reliable system STAG-300. This modernized controller is fitted with updated software with an additional 3D graphical map, which allows the precise control of gas injection, depending on the rotational speed of the engine. Equipped with Smart Autocorrecting System - SAS – Smart Autocorrecting System constantly monitors short and long term fuel trims (STFT and LTFT corrections). STAG-300 Premium can communicates with all OBD II and EOBD auto systems (not only CAN) by the STAG-OBD ADAPTER which aside from standard parameters enables the read out of your vehicles ECU corrections.

These controllers offer the option of additional manual adjustment of operating parameters. The software has been upgraded by enhancing previous setting to achieve more accurate fuel dosing on the latest engine will still meet Euro 5 exhaust emissions when on gas, also see our BRC pages. The controllers are designed for a wide range of cars, using indirect petrol injection engines with up to 4 cylinders for STAG4 plus and STAG-300 Premium is for use with upto 8 cylinders. They are suitable for full group and sequential and semi-sequential indirect petrol injection engines. AC's advanced production technology ensures high reliability of STAG controllers.
